Over her nearly 20 years of experience, she has worked in retail loss prevention, on corporate investigations, and for solution providers – leading and implementing risk strategies for top digital merchants and acquirers. Katie holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University. Passionate about problem-solving, her work is focused on discovery, education, and strategy development and execution.
